Initially, Daniela did her bachelor’s degree in the field of Controlling, Accounting and Financial Management at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, Campus Steyr. Her master’s program led Daniela to the IMC University of Applied Sciences in Krems, Lower Austria, where she completed the degree program in the field of Export Oriented Management. Already during these years Daniela recognized her strong interest in internationality as well as Human Resources.
She then started her professional career in Vienna. As a Human Resources Assistant/Advisor she supported and guided employees and managers in several eastern Europe countries of a global leading medical device company on behalf of HR topics and processes. Furthermore, she was involved in numerous regional as well as international projects during her five years employment. Here, Daniela could acquire high competences within relevant aspects of Human Resources like compensation & benefits, implementation of IT tools for Human Resources, HR reporting, recruiting as well as performance management, to name just a few.
After her baby break her professional journey led her to CADS Additive. Here the mother of two can now live out her competences in the field of Human Resources by assisting and advising employees as well as C-level in all HR issues.
